I arrived a little late but called beforehand to verify, and they made me wait over an hour with no updates all just to reschedule my appointment. Super frustrating.

scheduled an appointment for four because i have to be at my next appointment at five showed up ten minutes early per requested appointment time comes and goes five ten fifteen minutes i go up to the front and they tell me i was just about yell you it’s going to be another five to ten minutes it’s ridiculous because had i showed up twenty minutes late my appointment would have been canceled go literally anywhere else if you want your time respected mind you this is not the first nor the second time this has happened to me the providers do not respect your time in the slightest
